1. Who We Are

Codexier AB ("Codexier", "we", "us", "our") is a remote-first product engineering company registered in Sweden. We operate the platform at codexier.se and the Codexier mobile application. Contact: support@codexier.se

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:

Account information: Full name, email address, and profile photo (optional)
Project data: Service requests, custom order details, project status, and messages exchanged with our team
Payment information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card numbers or CVVs
Device tokens: For push notifications on mobile (with your permission)
Usage data: Basic analytics to improve our platform (no third-party tracking)

3. How We Use Your Data

To deliver and manage your service orders
To communicate project updates, status changes, and important notifications
To process payments securely
To provide customer support
To improve our services and platform

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS EU-West infrastructure) and is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring you can only access your own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
Resend — Transactional email delivery
Vercel — Web hosting and edge functions
HubSpot — Customer relationship management (CRM); contact details from enquiry and newsletter forms are synced here for sales and marketing follow-up

6. Push Notifications (Mobile App)

If you use the Codexier mobile app, we may request permission to send push notifications for order updates and messages. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings. Push tokens are stored securely and only used to deliver relevant notifications from Codexier.

7. Camera & Photo Access (Mobile App)

The mobile app may request access to your camera and photo library solely for the purpose of uploading a profile photo or attaching files to a custom project request. This access is used only when you explicitly initiate an upload action.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under EU/GDPR regulations, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Export your data in a portable format
Object to certain types of processing

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project data and messages are retained for up to 3 years for business record-keeping purposes. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
