Delete your Codexier account
This page explains how to request deletion of a Codexier mobile-app account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app
Sign in to the Codexier app, open Account, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps. This is the quickest option.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address registered to your Codexier account. Use the subject “Codexier account deletion request” and include your full name. You do not need to reinstall or sign in to the app.

What happens next
- We may reply to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- We remove the account, access credentials, profile, push-notification token, and associated personal data that we have no legal reason to retain.
- We complete the request within 30 days and confirm when it is finished.
Data we may need to retain
Some payment, invoice, project, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may be retained only where law or a legitimate legal obligation requires it. Retained records are access-restricted and are not used for marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains the applicable retention rules.
Read the Privacy PolicyAccount deletion is permanent. You will lose access to project history, messages, files, and other account-only features that are deleted with the account.
