Not a dispatch screen — the running of the company. Everything below is in the portal today, in the free plan.
Drivers without the paperwork risk
Each driver verifies their own körkort (driving licence) and taxiförarlegitimation (taxi driver ID) in their own portal. You see the status — valid, expiring, expired — never the documents themselves.
An unpaid bill cannot hide
Enter an invoice with its due date and it sits in "owed right now" until you mark it paid, with reminders at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days. Leasing, insurance, Swedavia — the bills that arrive every month stop being the ones you miss.
Fuel cards, assigned and tracked
Every card with its provider and holder, assignable per driver — so "whose card bought this tank" is a screen, not a group chat.

Connected fleets receive Förare airport transfers — pre-booked, prepaid by the passenger, at a fare your driver sees before accepting. No bidding, nothing forced onto a car.
The fare is fixed before dispatch
Your share is on the offer before a driver accepts it. Traffic does not change what the trip pays, in either direction.
Settled to the company, with references
Förare pays the åkeri, never your drivers directly. Monthly settlement, a reference on every payout, two clean invoices at 6% VAT — nothing in the chain is cash in hand.
Airport work that behaves
Arlanda transfers with the flight watched: if the plane is late the pickup moves, and a passenger who never appears pays as if the trip ran.

Create the account
An email address and a password. Förare sends a code to confirm the address is really yours.
Your company
Name and organisationsnummer, plus the three documents: taxitrafiktillstånd, F-skattsedel and company insurance, each with its expiry date.
How you get paid
The company account Förare settles to. Förare pays the åkeri — never your drivers directly.

Åkeri questions, answered straight
What does it cost?
Starter is free: the whole management portal, plus receiving Förare trips. Standard and Premium add invoicing, contracts, payslips and platform API connections when they launch — and everything is free while they are being built, so connecting now costs nothing and loses nothing.
Do I have to take Förare trips to use the portal?
No. The management side — cars, drivers, renewals, expenses, reports — works for your whole operation whether a trip came from Förare, Bolt, Uber or your own phone. Förare trips are a source of prepaid work, not a condition.
Do my drivers need their own accounts?
Yes — each driver runs their own portal, where they accept trips, file their monthly report, see their earnings and verify their own licences. Drivers who have already signed up and named your åkeri appear for you to confirm the moment your company is registered.
Do we have to accept every Förare trip?
No. Every trip is an offer to a driver, declinable per trip. Declines are recorded.
Is this exclusive?
No. Your cars and drivers keep working with Bolt, Uber, your own customers — anyone. That is the point of putting all of it in one picture.
Is there anything to install?
No. The portal is a website — it works in any browser, on any machine. Adding it to a phone's home screen is a convenience, not a requirement, and there is nothing to download from an app store.
