Design and User Experience:
Using Elementor Builder in WordPress, I redesigned the entire website to give it a modern and user-friendly look. I created a clean and minimalist design that highlights the key features and benefits of MyGermany’s services.
To improve the user experience, I implemented a responsive design that makes the website accessible on all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. I also optimized the website for fast loading times to ensure that users can quickly find the information they need.
Development:
One of the main challenges of this project was developing a custom shipping calculator that could accurately calculate the shipping costs for MyGermany’s international customers. I used PHP to develop a custom shipping calculator that takes into account the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package to calculate the shipping costs.
The shipping calculator also includes a currency converter that allows users to see the shipping costs in their local currency. This feature is especially useful for international customers who may not be familiar with the Euro.
